Janette Burke is the Director, Resources for the Monash University Library. Janette has been at Monash University for ten years and oversees information technology, finance, human resources, lectures online, communications and facilities management and has recently been given the responsibility for data management, repositories and print and electronic collection management. She also manages the library's relationships with the university's international community, affiliates and partner organisations.
She has held a variety of positions and worked in numerous universities, including the University of Wollongong Library from 1989 to 1994, and again in 1999 to 2001 during which time she held several positions, including Systems Manager, Acting Technical Services Coordinator and Project Officer. Janette has also been a Faculty Librarian at Wollongong, and at the University of Central Queensland, and she has worked at the University of Ballarat Library as a Systems Consultant and Acquisitions Librarian. In 1994 to 1999, she was with Monash University as the Executive Assistant to the University Librarian, and was Acting Document Delivery Librarian.
Alan D. Greenberg leads the Wainhouse Research Distance Education and e-Learning practice and consults to end users and makers of the technologies used for distance education and e-Learning. He has published reports, white papers, and research notes on many technologies and their impact on education, and is author of the three-volume Distance Education and e-Learning Landscape series. He holds an M.A. from the University of Texas at Austin and a B.A. from Hampshire College.
Kenneth C. (Casey) Green is the founding director of The Campus Computing Project, the largest continuing study of the role of computing, eLearning, and information technology in American higher education. The project is widely cited by both campus officials and corporate executives as a definitive source for data, information, and insight about information technology planning and policy issues affecting U.S. colleges and universities.  Green also serves as the senior research consultant to Inside Higher Edand directs Inside Higher Ed’s national surveys of presidents, provosts, and other senior campus officials.  An invited speaker at some two dozen academic conferences and professional meetings each year, Green is the author/co-author or editor of 20 books and published research reports and more than 100 articles and commentaries that have appeared in academic journals and professional publications.  In October 2002 Green received the first EDUCAUSE Award for Leadership in Public Policy and Practice. The EDUCAUSE award cites his work in creating The Campus Computing Project and recognizes his "prominence in the arena of national and international technology agendas, and the linking of higher education to those agendas."
